If, during the upcoming provincial election, you intend to publicly promote or oppose a political party or the election of a candidate, or take a position on an issue with which a political party or a candidate is associated, you may be considered to be a third party engaging in election advertising.
During the campaign period, you must identify yourself in your advertising. Also, if you spend more than $500 on election advertising, you will be required to register with Elections New Brunswick and follow additional rules and spending limits.
