Local Government Elections - May 2026

Province-wide elections are scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026 to elect Local Government Council, Rural District Advisory Committee, and District Education Council representatives.

The schedule below indicates key milestone dates leading up to those elections.

  

Voter Registration Portal

Use the Voter Registration Portal to add your name to Election New Brunswick's Registry of Electors.

You can use the portal to correct or update your personal information.  The portal can also be used to remove your name from the voters list.

Note:  The voter registration portal is not able to confirm if you are on the voters list.
