How to access the website
Step 1 – To register, please visit www.gnb.ca/OSE. The link to sign into the secure portal is under Quick Links.
Step 2 – If you have already registered, enter your Username and password. If you are new to this page, please click on “Self-Registration”.
Step 3 – Once you have completed self-registration, you will be redirected to the OSE login page.
Step 4 – On this page you will need your 9 digit OSE case file number or 8 digit court file number. You will also need the “PIN” number provided by OSE. Enter the required information to take you to your account.
How to access the 24 hours toll-Free automated Infoline
If you do not have internet access, we also offer a 24 hour toll-free automated Infoline. This line is available 7 days a week to answer your questions about your support payments. Our computer is updated daily by 7 a.m. and will give you the most current information about your file.

Any other inquiries should be directed to our OSE office in Grand Falls at 1-844-673-4499 where an agent will be available to assist you. Please note that telephones are answered from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
